Terrible experience at this place.I am putting up a detailed review to bring a notice of the unsatisfactory service and disappointing experience. My stay was turned unpleasant when one of my friend who had injured their leg caused a medicine stain on the bed spread, without even trying to resort the issue by immediately sending it for wash, we were charged a damage fee of 800 and were asked to take the bed spread. On taking the bed sheet and putting it for a machine wash, the stain went away. I will be sending back the bedspread and demanding back the damage feeThese people are waiting for an opportunity to exploit the visitors and try demanding money without trying to resolve itThe hotel service is so bad that once you order food, you need to also bear the delivery charge for it😂. It is delivered by a third party agent who wanted to take the delivery charges as wellThe manager at the billing counter is very shrude and tried intimidating us by stating that our documents are in their hand.This might be a one off situation but this is something you can expect from this place.

A very nice and neat place to stay for vacation with family...great ambiance, pleasant outdoors, excellent service...kids enjoyed the play area.. highly recommended.

Rooms having very strong smells..there service is very slow..no one is trained professional.. I forgot my watch in the room.. tried calling manager and sent texts but there was no response.. Do not visit this hotel.. they will charge heavily for no services.

Had an amazing 2-day stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, service was excellent, and the staff's helpfulness added a special touch to the experience.
